This lake house needed a landing spot for all the bags, coats, and shoes. The goal was to keep the shoes out of sight and be cohesive with the kitchen. My favorite part is the shoe drawer with a removable rack for easy cleaning!

Love how cozy this room looks on a fall day! The wood used for the fireplace bench/shelf came from a 100+ year old corncrib. Isn’t it amazing how such an old piece of wood can be transformed into something so beautiful?
